摘　　要：目的探讨肺部感染患者的病因与临床治疗措施。方法系统性回顾分析本院2010年1月至2011年1月收治的30例肺部染的患者,对其临床资料包括临床病史、肺部感染患者痰液标本以及治疗效果进行分析。结果分离出病原菌21株,分离阳性率为70%,其中金黄色葡萄球菌(10株)、克雷伯杆菌(4株)、肺炎球菌(4株)、绿脓杆菌(2株),微球菌(1株)几种细菌最多见。根据细菌分离结果进行药物敏感实验,结果显示,对头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类和大环内酯类敏感性均高。对患者根据药敏结果进行治疗,除采取抗感染治疗外,均采取了适当的辅助治疗,疗效显著。30例患者中,痊愈25例,显效5例,总有效率100%,无耐药的情况发生。结论肺部感染的患者,要及时的进行药敏试验,根据药敏试验选择敏感的抗生素治疗,进行适当的辅助治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,降低患者的耐药性和病死率,并且取得理想的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the etiology and clinical treatment of patients with lung infection. Methods 30 patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 with lung infection were systematic retrospective analysed,and analyzed the clinical data including clinical history,pulmonary infection in patients with sputum specimens and treatment effect. Results 21 pathogenic bacteria were isolated strains,and separating positive rate was 70% ,including staphylococcus aureus （ 10 strains） ,klebsiella bacillus （ 4 strains） ,pneumonia （ 4strains） ,2 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa,micrococcus （ 1 strains） and these were the most common bacteria strains. According to the result of bacteria separation of drug sensitive test,the result showed that the cephalosporins,quinolone and large ring lactone class class were high sensitivity. To treat patients according to medicine results,besides adopt anti-infection treatment,and take appropriate auxiliary treatment,the curative effect was remarkable. In 30 cases,25 cases were cured,5 cases had marked effect,total effective rate 100% ,and had no drug resistance. Conclusion Pulmonary infection patients should make medicine sensitive experiment timely and choose sensitive antibiotic treatment,according to antimicrobial susceptibility test for proper adjuvant therapy,can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,lower resistance and mortality in patients with,and obtain ideal treatment effect.
