温和灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(肿胀型)不同灸感的临床疗效比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较艾灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎不同灸感的临床疗效差异,为临床辨敏施灸提供科学依据。方法:依据61例膝关节骨性关节炎患者在艾灸患侧内膝眼、外膝眼二穴治疗过程中有无热感透至膝关节腔内为标准,将患者分为热敏灸感组27例和普通灸感组34例,每次温和灸时间为40min,每日施灸1次,共治疗30d。治疗结束后及治疗结束后3个月进行疗效评价。结果:热敏灸感组总有效率为85.19%,明显优于普通灸感组的58.82%(P<0.05),热敏灸感组治疗后3个月症状总积分及关节消肿程度亦明显优于普通灸感组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效改善临床症状;艾灸治疗中出现热敏灸感的临床疗效明显优于普通灸感,且远期疗效更稳定。Objective：To compare clinical effect of mild moxibustion with different moxibustion sensation in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods：A total of 61 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected to receive moxibustion on the acupoint of EX-LE4 and EX-LE5.They were divided into 2 groups,according to the penetrating of heat into the articular cavity,the heat-sensitive sensation group with 27 cases,and the ordinary sensation group with 34 cases.The treatment duration is 40 minutes,once a day,30 days.The clinical effect was compared after treatment,and in a 3-month follow up.Results：The effective rate of the heat-sensitive sensation group was 85.19 %,significantly better than 58.82% of the ordinary sensation group （P 0.05） .The total scores of the symptom after 3months and the swelling disappearing degree of the sensitive group was significantly better than the ordinary group（P 0.05） .Conclusion：Moxibustion can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.The clinical effect of both short term and long term are significantly better in patients with heat-sensitive sensation than patients with ordinary sensation.
