摘　　要：目的 :了解蛋白琥珀酸铁治疗孕妇缺铁性贫血的疗效及耐受性和安全性。方法 :选择中孕期贫血孕妇 (血红蛋白 <10 0g/L ,血清铁 <3.36 μmol/L) 30例 ,其中轻度贫血 2 2例 ,中度贫血 8例 ,予蛋白琥珀酸铁 40mg ,po ,bid ,共服 40d ,用药前后随访有效性及安全性指标。 结果 :轻度贫血组用药后症状均改善 ,中度贫血组则有85 .7%改善。两组用药后红细胞、红细胞压积 ,血清铁、铁蛋白等指标均明显上升 (P <0 .0 5 )。用药前后肝、肾功能及电解质等无明显变化。结论 :蛋白琥珀酸铁治疗孕妇缺铁性贫血疗效较好 ,无明显不良反应 ,易被接受 ,是中、晚期妊娠补充铁剂的理想药物。Objective::To demonstrate the efficacy,tolerability and safety of Ferplex in treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women.Methods:The study was conducted in 30 women with a pregnant duration of >13 weeks,hemoglobin<100g/L,and serum iron <3.36μmol/L.They were treated with twice daily oral 40 mg Ferplex for 40 days and the efficacy and tolerability were observed pre and post treatment.Results:Improvement in symptoms was range from 100% to 85.7%.The RBC,HCT level and serum iron were significantly increased (P<0.05).No change in liver and renal function and electrolate was observed.Conclusion:Ferplex is a safe and effective agent for treatment iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy with mild side effects.
