中美高校辅导员工作制度比较对我国高校辅导员专业化发展的启示

摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校学生思想政治教育教育的骨干力量,其专业化程度直接关系高校思想政治教育工作的有效性,进而影响高校高等教育人才培养目标的实现。本文拟从中美高校辅导员起源与发展、工作内容、招聘要求、师生比、职业发展等方面的比较中,借鉴美国的经验,探索我国高校辅导员专业化发展的有效途径。College students＇ ideological and political education of university counselors is a cadre of education, the specializatiun degree directly related to the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work, the influence of higher education in colleges and universities to achieve the goal of talents cultivation of the paper from the origin and development of university counselors job, recruitment requirements, student-faculty ratios, career development in the aspects of comparison, draw lessons from American experience, and explore the effective way of college counselor specialization development in our country.
