摘　　要：大学生的幸福感来自身心的健康发展、生存能力的增强和自我价值的实现。生命意识教育包括生存意识教育、生存能力教育和生命价值教育,是提升大学生幸福感的有效途径。The well-being of college students from the enhance the viability of the health of body and mind development and the realization of self-worth. Life consciousness education includes survival education consciousness, survival ability education and the life value education, which is an effective way to improve college students＇ happiness.
