摘  要:目的 观察氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)对血管内皮细胞表达细胞间粘附分子 1(ICAM 1)的影响 ,以探讨其在动脉粥样硬化和缺血性脑血管病发病过程中的作用。方法 在血管内皮细胞的培养基中分别加入 2 5μg mL的低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)和OX LDL ,37℃下温育 2 4h ,应用定量免疫细胞化学分析技术检测血管内皮细胞ICAM 1蛋白的表达。结果 OX LDL组血管内皮细胞ICAM 1蛋白的表达显著增加 ,而LDL组只有轻微增加。结论 OX LDL可能通过刺激血管内皮细胞ICAMObjective To examine whether oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein (OX LDL) induce the expression of intercellular adhesion moleculer 1 (ICAM 1) protein in cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), and to clarify the role of OX LDL play in atherogenesis and ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD). Methods On the basis of the establishment of culture method for HUVECs,The quantitative immunocytochemstry was used to study the effects of OX LDL on the expression of ICAM 1 protein in HUVECs. Results After the samples of HUVECs were subjected to 25 μg /mL LDL and OX LDL for 24 h,OX LDL significantly increased the expression of ICAM 1 protein. Howerer,the expression of ICAM 1 protein was only slightly increased when exposed to LDL. Conclusion OX LDL could stimulat the expression of ICAM 1,Which might play an important role in the atherogenesis and ICVD.
