摘 要:供应链成员间减少对抗,增强合作是未来供应链的一大发展趋势。利用生产函数和边际收益递减原理,构造了两类非博弈型基于研发-广告合作的二级供应链模型,并利用连续函数的性质给出了模型最优解的存在性与求解方法。模型有两个主要特点:一是信息共享程度比博弈型大;二是各成员承担风险投资的同时,都以供应链整体利润最大化为依据。为了巩固供应链的稳定性,提出了供应链内部利润分配原则。最后对模型进行了仿真分析,应用实例说明了平等合作供应链与主从合作的供应链整体利润会不变。只是主从合作情况下,主企业承担更大投资风险。To diminish rivalry and enhance cooperation between members is a remarkable trend in the development process of supply chain.With production and the principle of diminishing marginal returns,two types of two-level non-game supply chain models based on R&D and advertisement cooperation were built.The existence of the best solutions and the solution method were also given by the property of succession function.These models perform better in information sharing than game models.The maximized profit of the whole supple chain was given priority while every member bore the investment risk.The principles of internal profit allocation were put forward to consolidate the stability of supply chain.The simulation results show that the whole profit of the supply chain of the equal cooperation and host-servant cooperation are both constant.Only the host enterprise will take on more investment risks in the host-servant cooperation model.
