地方院校大学生国防教育面临的困境及对策研究

摘　　要：对大学生进行国防教育,是加强国防建设的重要途径之一,当前地方院校大学生国防教育仍面临保障体制不健全、经费和人员落实不到位等问题。为此,政府应从建立健全国防教育的领导体制和法律法规入手,理顺政府、军队和地方院校之间的权利义务关系,促进大学生国防教育的制度化和规范化。地方院校也要加大经费和物质投入,不断优化国防教育的师资队伍,并与军队建立良好的合作机制,共同促进大学生国防教育的健康发展。National defense education of college students is one of the important ways to strengthen national defense construction;However,problems like imperfect security system,implement funds and persons’ practice,are still existing.Therefore,the government should build up the relationship of rights and obligations between the government,the army and local colleges as well as promote the institutionalization and standardization of national defense education of University students by firstly establishing and improving the leadership system as well as laws and regulations;Besides,local colleges should also increase funding and material input,constantly optimize the staff,and cooperate well with the army to jointly promote the healthy development of college national defense education.
