摘　　要：目的 :对“AS引发的一系列疾病是紧密相关的整体 ,其共同病机为痰瘀化热 ,共同治则是活血、化痰、清热”这一假设进行验证。方法 :采用整体、系统、反证法进行验证。结果 :软脉胶囊 ( 0 81g/kg,2 4 3g/kg)可抑制实验性脑血栓形成 ;对大鼠不全性脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定保护作用 ;可抑制角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠血栓形成 ,改善血液流变学异常。软脉胶囊 ( 0 2 4g/kg ,0 96g/kg)可增加麻醉犬脑血流量 ,降低脑血管阻力 ,对血压、心率无明显影响 ,并可明显增加麻醉犬心肌缺血后再灌注 1 5min,3 0min ,4 5min和 60min时冠脉血流量 ,减轻因缺血所致心肌细胞损伤程度。软脉胶囊 ( 0 4 2g/kg ,1 2 6g/kg)可调节实验性动脉硬化家兔脂质代谢紊乱 ,缩小斑块面积 ,促进平滑肌细胞凋亡 ,抑制动脉粥样硬化形成。结论 :假设成立 ,所采用的科研思路和方法可行。Objective:to testify the assumption that the series of diseases resulted from atheroscleorsis are closely related,with the common pathogenesis“heat due to phlegm stagnancy”and the common treatment rule“promoting the blood circulation,removing the phlegm and clearing the heat”.Method:to examine the assumption by adopting integral and systematic reduction to absurdity.Result:Ruanmai capsules(0 81 g/kg,2 43 g/kg)could inhibit the experimental cerebral thrombosis,protect the rat′s incomplete cerebral ischemia re perfusion injury and inhibit the rat′s cerbral thrombosis induced by carrageenin as well as improve the abnormal blood rheology;Ruanmai capsules(0 24 g/kg,0 96 g/kg)could increase the blood flow volume of anesthetic canine brain and reduce the cerebrovascular resistance without obvious effcet on blood pressure and heart rate.In addition,the capsules could markedly increase the blood flow volume of coronary artery on re perfusion 15 min,30 min,45 min and 60 min of anesthetic canine myocardial ischemia and reduce the injury degree of myocardial cells caused by ischemia.Finally,Ruanmai capsules(0 42 g/kg,1 26 g/kg)could regulate the lipid metabolism disorder of experimental domestic rabbit,shrink the plaque area,improve the withering and death of smooth muscle cells and inhibit the cerebral thrombosis.Conclusion:the assumption really holds water and the adopted research thinking and method is practicable.
