摘　　要：随着改革开放带来的经济高速发展,大规模城市开发建设导致建筑文化遗产的破坏、城市特色的丧失与城市文化的趋同,而我国近代历史建筑保护工作刚刚起步,保护理论方法与实践管理亟待完善。以黄石市申报历史文化名城为背景,通过对盛家湾古名居的测绘及调查来探讨历史建筑的规划保护的意义。With the rapid economic development, the construction of large scale urban development has led to the destruction of the architectural heritage, the loss of the city characteristics and the convergence of ur ban culture. China modem architectural protection work has just started, and protection theory and practice management need to be perfected. This paper lays Huangshi＇declaration of historical and cultural city as the background, the significance of the planning and protection of historical building is discussed through the survey and investigation of Sheng Jia Wan Dewelling in Huangshi.
