摘 要:随着发改委2012年第一、二季度发布的CPI数据的连续回落并已降至4%以下,我们可以基本断定,本轮的通货膨胀已经结束。但物价指数降下来了,通胀结束了,我们对问题的思考不应该结束。回顾这次通货膨胀,除了与以前的有类似的特点和原因外,还表现出来新的特征和成因,就是物流运输价格在CPI大幅度上升背后起到了推波助澜的作用,同时通货膨胀又反过来刺激着物流业产品和服务的价格上升。文章截取了2011年度的数据,对通货膨胀和物流运输价格的辩证关系进行分析,并找出物流运输成本上升的根本原因,以此找到控制物流运输价格不断攀升从而尽量避免导致严重通货膨胀的有效措施。According to the data issued by the National Development and Reform Commission,the CPI in the first and second quarter of 2012 was falling to under 4%,thus it can be basically concluded that this round of inflation has ended.Compared with previous inflations,this round of inflation has new features and reasons.The logistic transportation price heightens the rise of CPI;in turn,inflation stimulates the rise of the price of logistic products and service.With data in 2011,the relationship between inflation and logistic transportation price was analyzed.The reasons for the rise of logistic transportation price were found.Finally,measures to control the logistic transportation price so as to prevent the inflation were proposed.
