摘　　要：近年来,辽宁沿海经济带城市都建立了文化产业园区,并呈蓬勃发展的良好态势;但是,文化产业园区在其发展实践中还存在产业定位不清、园区市场开发力度不足、企业融资困难等不少问题。当前和今后一个时期,应当从优化园区产业定位、完善园区管理体制机制、加强金融支持及人才队伍建设等几个方面,采取切实有力措施,使辽宁沿海经济带文化产业建设上水平。In recent years,cultural industry parks have been built and developed continuously in cities in the coastal economic zone of Liaoning province;however,there are still many problems in the practice,such as unclear industry positioning,insufficient market development efforts,difficult financing,and so on.Accordingly,the governments should take effective efforts to optimize park industry positioning,improve park management system,strengthen financial support and build talent team.
