低游离甲醛酚醛树脂合成的工艺研究

摘　　要：以苯酚和多聚甲醛为原料,采用正交实验和单因素实验法,利用盐酸羟胺法和红外光谱(IR)探讨了催化剂的种类以及用量、苯酚和多聚甲醛摩尔比(F/P)、反应时间和温度对酚醛树脂性能的影响。研究表明:催化剂氢氧化钠3%、F/P=1.6、温度80℃、时间3h得到的酚醛树脂的游离甲醛为0.18%、固含量为78.4%。A kind of phenolic resin is prepared from phenol and par formaldehyde.Various factors influencing the resin＇s property are to be considered,such as kind and consumption of catalysts,the mole ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and time.Through orthogonal experiment and single factor test,we can get the best performance resin when NaOH has been chosen as catalyst and dosage 3g,F/p molar ratio is 1.6,reaction time is 3h,temperature is 80℃ by hydroxylamine hydrochloride method and IR.The contents of free formaldehyde is 0.18% and the solid-content of resin is 78%.
