摘 要:选择粘合剂与高氯酸钾的质量比为3/100、5/100、7/100、9/100、12/100,利用CGY-1型撞击感度仪分别测定虫胶、酚醛树脂、清油和沥青四种粘合剂对高氯酸钾造粒后的撞击感度,并分析引起感度变化的原因。结果表明:与纯高氯酸钾的撞击感度相比,任何一种粘合剂的加入,都使造粒后的高氯酸钾撞击感度升高,小配比时的撞击感度明显高于大配比。不同粘合剂对高氯酸钾造粒后,引起撞击感度的变化趋势一致,即随着粘合剂用量增大,撞击感度值先增大后减小,当粘合剂与高氯酸钾的质量比为5/100时,撞击感度值最高。感度变化原因在于微胶囊结构的形成、粘合作用力的不同、造粒工艺引起表面结构的变化及粘合剂层的存在。当高氯酸钾作为氧化剂用于烟火药时,必须添加适量的钝感剂,才能保证造粒后的安全。The mass ratio of binder and KClO4 is selected as 3/100,5/100,7/100,9/100,12/100.The experimental samples are respectively prepared by using binder(shellac,Phenolic resin,boiled oil or pitch) to granulate.The impact sensitivity is tested by using CGY-1 type impact sensitivity instrument.And the cause of changing sensitivity is analyzed.The results show that impact sensitivities of the granulated KClO4 are wholly raised while any one binder is added.The influence of small amount of binder on impact sensitivity is higher than large amount.When KClO4 is granulated by using different binder,the changing trend of impact sensitivity is same.With the increasing of binder,the impact sensitivity firstly increases then decreases.When the mass ratio of binder and KClO4 is 5/100,the impact sensitivity is largest.The change of impact sensitivity may result from the formed microcapsule structure,the different adhesion power,the change of KClO4 surface structure and the existed adhesive layer.
