摘  要:为实现飞机小钣金零件"优质、高效、准时"交付,从零件分族、有效应用新技术及调整厂房布局3个方面出发,运用精益改善工具对小钣金折弯族零件生产进行精益改善,优化折弯成形流程,建立了数字化折弯生产线。精益改善后的效果表明,小钣金数字化折弯生产线可以淘汰零件制造工装,减少零件成形工序,提升产品一次交检合格率及缩短制造周期。In order to pay for customer high quality and efficient and punctual delivery,it applies the improvement of lean tools to establish the digital bending product line from the aspect of the parts sub-clan,the effective application of new technology,the adjusting of plant layout departure.Based on this it realizes the optimization of the bending forming process and the digital bending production line.The lean improvement effect indicates that the product line of the mold is abandoned,the process step is reduced,the product first time yield is improved and the produce circle is reduced.
