探讨护理干预减轻眼外伤致眼球摘除患者术前焦虑的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预减轻眼外伤致眼球摘除患者术前焦虑的效果。方法选取41例眼外伤致眼球摘除患者,给予护理干预,采用焦虑自评量表测试患者在入院后10min、手术前10min,比较经过护理干预前后的焦虑情况。结果所有患者在实施护理干预后,手术前的焦虑水平明显比入院后的程度要轻(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以改善眼外伤致眼球摘除患者术前焦虑程度,有助于顺利实施手术治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients＇ anxiety before enucleation caused by eye injuries. Methods 41 cases of eye injuries received enucleation and were given nursing intervention. The self-rating anxiety scale was used to measure patients＇ anxiety 10 minutes after admission and 10 minutes before operation. The changes in anxiety before and after nursing intervention were compared, Results All patients showed less anxiety before operation than after admission after the nursing interventions were given to the patients （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can relieve patients＇ anxiety before enucleation to get successful operation.
