IVP方舱大板真空压床的研究与改造

摘　　要：为了扩大方舱的空间,方舱大板的尺寸规格需相应增大,其生产工艺也趋于复杂。结合实际生产,介绍了IVP方舱大板真空压床,并为该设备详细制订了方舱大板的生产工艺流程。根据工艺流程实施生产,有效控制了方舱大板制作的质量与可靠性。原有的方舱大板制作设备由于尺寸限制,已无法满足大尺寸方舱大板的生产,必须对其进行改造。试验证实,改造后的真空压床完全满足现行大尺寸方舱大板的生产要求。In order to enhance the size of the shelter space,size of shelter panels should be increased accordingly,its production process has also tent to be complicated.Combined with actual production,this paper introduced the production machine of the IVP shelter panels vacuum pressure bed,and developed production process of the shelter panels for the device in details.According to the production process implementation,it can effectively control the quality and reliability of the shelter panels.The original shelter panels＇ equipment due to the size restrictions has already can not satisfy the production of large size shelter panels.Now,modifications on the original equipment were put forward in order to adapt to the needs of actual production.According to the test,confirmed after the transformation,the vacuum pressure bed completely met the production requirements of large-size shelter panels.
