摘 要:从内河航运智能化建设的需要出发,将4G、云计算和物联网的概念引入航运业。4G具有传输速度快、智能性高、无缝漫游与通信方式灵活的技术特点。通过船联网的组织构成,阐述了4G技术在其中的作用,作为物联网在内河航运的延伸,船联网具有物联网的所有特征。围绕在线云导航、视频监控、应急救援和智能航运管理4个方面的应用,具体分析了4G网络平台下船联网实现的目标,并就4G网络和船联网在建设过程中的安全性分析提出了解决方案,最后,从国家战略性新兴产业角度,阐述了其未来广阔的发展前景。In this paper,4G,cloud computing and internet of things concept were introduced into the shipping industry to meet the requirements of inland river navigation intelligent construction.4G network has technical characteristics like high transmission speed,high intelligence,seamless roaming and flexible communication way.4G technology effects were expounded according to the organization of internet of ships.As the internet of things extension in the inland river shipping,the internet of ships has all the characteristics of internet of things.Focused on the application of online cloud navigation,video monitoring,emergency rescue and intelligent shipping management,the achieving goals based on 4G network were analyzed,and the solutions safety of 4G and internet of ships in the process of construction were put forward.Finally,from the point of view of national strategic emerging industry,broad development prospects in the future were presented.
