摘　　要：针对中性点非有效接地系统的特点,对其发生单相接地故障时,暂、稳态特性进行了理论分析,并综述了当前基于暂、稳态特性的选线方法及选线装置误判的原因。According to the characteristics of neutral point non - effective grounding system, the paper analyzed theoretically the transi- ent and steady properties in single - phase grounding faults, and summarized the line selecting methods and causes of line selecting de- vices misjudgement based on transient and steady properties.
