摘  要:蝉花是一种名贵的传统中药,其分离物多样性丰富,不同菌株的药理作用及生物活性物质含量差异明显,因此,分离物的确证是蝉花研究的关键环节。对江苏省句容市天王镇磨盘山采集的金蝉花标本分离物进行菌落形态、产孢结构观察,并依据ITS区序列进行系统发育分析,确定为蝉棒束孢菌的不同地理株。该研究对于扩大传统中药资源,进一步深入研究该菌株的药理作用及活性成分具有重要意义。Cordyceps cicadae is a rare traditional Chinese medicine,which have rich genetic diversity of strains isolated,different strains have different pharmacological effects and active compounds.Therefore,the identification of strains isolated is important.In this study,the strain isolated from infected platylomia pieli in Mopan mountain,Tianwang Town,Jiangsu province was identified by morphological characteristics,conidiogenus structure,ITS sequence and phylogenetic analysis.It is identified as the different geographic strains of Isaria cicadae.The results are important for expansion of the traditional Chinese medicine resources,and further study the pharmacological effects and active compounds of this strain.
