摘 要:从86对尼罗罗非鱼遗传图谱标记中筛出17对种间差异性微卫星引物,分别对杂交亲本尼罗罗非鱼苏丹群体、新吉富群体,奥利亚罗非鱼以色列群体、茂名群体的遗传特征进行分析。结果表明,4个罗非鱼群体有效等位基因数:新吉富(2.8)>苏丹(2.72),以色列(2.96)>茂名(2.6);遗传杂合度:苏丹(0.73)>新吉富(0.68),以色列(0.89)>茂名(0.56);多态性含量:苏丹(0.58)>新吉富(0.51),以色列(0.56)>茂名(0.52),尼罗罗非鱼、奥利亚罗非鱼分别以新吉富、茂名群体遗传多样性较低。尼罗罗非鱼与奥利亚罗非鱼群体间平均遗传距离为0.3057,尼罗罗非鱼苏丹群体与新吉富群体间的遗传距离为0.107,奥利亚罗非鱼以色列群体与茂名群体间的遗传距离为0.1268,尼罗罗非鱼苏丹群体与奥利亚罗非鱼茂名群体间的遗传距离最大。Seventeen species-specific primers were chosen from 86 pairs of genetic linkage map markers of Nile tilapia.Genetic characteristics of Sudan stock and New GIFT stock of Nile tilapia,Israel stock and Maoming stock of Blue tilapia were analyzed.The result showed that the effective number of alleles in 4 stocks was New GIFT(2.8)Sudan(2.72),Israel(2.96)Maoming(2.6);genetic heterozygosity was Sudan(0.73)New GIFT(0.68),Israel(0.89)Maoming(0.56);the polymorphism information content was Sudan(0.58)New GIFT(0.51),Israel(0.56)Maoming(0.52).In general,New GIFT stock of Nile tilapia and Maoming stock of Blue tilapia had low genetic diversity.The average genetic distance between Nile tilapia and Blue tilapia was 0.3057,genetic distance between Sudan and New GIFT was 0.107,and distance between Israel and Maoming was 0.1268,the largest genetic distance lied between Sudan and Maoming stocks.
