摘 要:选取金边吊兰、常青藤和绿萝等3种室内盆栽观赏植物,采用密闭熏气方式,并控制试验温度、湿度和光照强度,研究其在不同熏气时间内对苯污染的净化能力。结果表明,3种植物对苯气体均有吸收作用,单位叶面积苯吸收率为:常青藤>金边吊兰>绿萝,对苯的抗性大小为常青藤>绿萝>金边吊兰。此外,受苯熏气作用,3种植物叶绿素总量变化不同,但叶绿素a均比叶绿素b分解要慢。熏气48 h内,3种植物叶片干物质含量均有小幅增加,但熏气72 h时,常青藤和绿萝的光合作用受阻,呼吸作用增强,干物质含量下降。Three indoor potted ornamental plants Chlorophytum Phnom Penh,Ivy,Scindapsus aureus were tested and evaluated with their capability of purifying benzene in different fumigation times,through being putted into an airtight chamber with benzene gas,also controlled the temperature,humidity and illumination intensity.The results showed that all tested potted-plants could absorb indoor benzene,with a significant variance in different fumigation times.According to benzene absorption rate per unit leaf area: Ivy Chlorophytum Phnom Penh Scindapsus aureus,but according to the resistance under benzene stress: Ivy Scindapsus aureus Chlorophytum Phnom Penh.Besides,changes with total chlorophyll of the three potted-plants under benzene fumigation were quite different,but the decomposition of chlorophyll a was always slower than that of chlorophyll b.Samples from 48-hour of fumigation suggested that leaf dry matter contents of the three potted-plants were increased slightly,but at 72-hour of fumigation,the leaf dry matter contents of Ivy and Scindapsus aureus were decreased,which due to their photosynthesis were inhibited and respirations increased simultaneously.
