摘 要:蔬菜供应商的选择对于建立科学高效的供应链极为重要。首先建立蔬菜供应商选择流程图作为蔬菜供应商选择的规范框架,然后在此基础上将模糊综合评价法与层次分析理论(AHP)相结合,运用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,再将其运用到模糊综合评价模型中,建立了蔬菜供应商模糊层次评价模型,这有效降低了判断矩阵整体一致性不通过的可能性。通过实证分析,模糊层次分析法能够对蔬菜供商进行比较科学、全面的评价,对于提高供应商选择决策的准确性具有非常良好的的应用价值。Vegetable supplier selection is extremely important to establish a scientific and efficient supply chain.A vegetable vendor selection flow chart was established as vegetable vendor selection framework firstly.And then,combined the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with analytic hierarchy theory(AHP),the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Then AHP was put into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to set up vegetable supplier fuzzy AHP evaluation model.This model effectively reduced the possibility of the judgement matrix ’s consistency not passed overally.The results of the case confirmed that fuzzy analytic hierarchy process could evaluate vegetable suppliers scientifically and comprehensively,which had a very good application value to improve the accuracy of the supplier selection decision.
