木熟胶囊对大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎血清IL-8及病理变化的影响

摘　　要：目的观察木熟胶囊对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型的血清IL-8及病理学变化的影响。方法选择40只SD大鼠,分为4组,1组作为正常对照组,其余3组建立慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型,按组别分别给予生理盐水(5ml/kg.d)和不同剂量的木熟(0.3mg/(kg.d),0.6mg/(kg.d)),连续治疗4周。比较大鼠体重增长、前列腺湿重、脏/体比值、血清IL-8水平及前列腺组织的病理变化。结果与炎症模型组比较,木熟胶囊组大鼠体重明显增加,前列腺湿重、脏/体比值、血清IL-8水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同剂量木熟胶囊组间无明显差异。结论木熟胶囊能够降低慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠的血清IL-8水平,减轻前列腺炎症反应,为临床合理用药提供了依据。Objective To observate Mu-shu capsule on serum IL-8 and the influence of the pathological changes of chronic non bacterial prostatitis of rats.Methods 40 of SD rats,divided into four groups,one group as control group,the rest of the three groups to establish the chronic bacterial prostatitis model.According to the group,they were given physiological saline（5ml/kg.d） and different dosages of the wood dressed（0.3mg/（kg·d）,0.6mg/（kg·d）） for 4 weeks.Rats weight gain,the prostate gland wet weight and dirty/body ratio and serum IL-8 level and prostate tissue pathological changes were compared.Results Compared with inflammation model group,Rats weight of Mu-shu capsule group increased（P0.05）,prostate wet weight,dirty/body ratio,serum IL-8 level reduced obviously（P0.05）,There on differents in dose Mu-shu capsule groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Mu-shu capsule could reduce the serum IL-8 level and the prostate gland inflammation of chronic non bacterial prostatitis of rats.
