小儿脑部疾病全身麻醉下头部伽玛刀治疗(附40例分析)

摘　　要：目的探讨患儿在全身麻醉下头部伽玛刀定位及放射治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析我科室1997年～2008年治疗的头部疾病患儿在全身麻醉下进行头部伽玛刀治疗40例。结果所有患儿在拆除定位框架后被唤醒,送入病房后无麻醉并发症。结论患儿可以在全身麻醉下进行头部伽玛刀治疗。Objective To explore the method of the pediatric suffering from brain disease under general anesthesia underwent gamma knife treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis from 1997 to 2008 in our department for treatment of disorders in children with head disease under general anesthesia for gamma knife treatment.Results All of the children were awakened after the demolition of the positioning frame,into the unit without corresponding anesthetic complications.Conclusion Children can be performed under general anesthesia in gamma knife treatment.
