摘  要:目的探讨应用钛合金线缆克氏针张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 2008年10月~2011年6月,采用钛合金线缆克氏针张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折26例。左膝16例,右膝10例;髌骨中份横行骨折11例,下极骨折9例,粉粹性骨折6例,均为闭合性骨折。结果 26例术后切口均一期愈合,无并发症,随访时间10~30个月,平均18个月,骨折愈合时间9~14周,平均12周,有17例在术后1年取出内固定,术后1年的膝关节lysholm评分为(87.4±4.2)分。结论线缆克氏针张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折是一种有效、可靠、方便的方法。Objective To evaluate clinical effects of titanium cable kirschner wire tension-band and internal fixation in the treatment of patellar fractures.Methods From October 2008 to June 2011,26 patients with patellar fractures were treated with titanium cable kirschner wire tension-band and internal fixation.16 cases' left knee and 10 cases' right knee were injuried;all were closed fractures that classified:11 middle horizontal fracture,9 distal polar fracture and 6 comminuted fracture.Results 26 patients were with primary healing and no complication.They were followed up for 18 months(from 10 to 30 months).Fractures healing time was average 12 weeks(from 9 weeks to 14 weeks);17 patients were got out internal fixation 1 years after operation,nnee eysholm scores was(87.4±4.2).Conclusion Titanium cable kirschner wire tension-band and internal fixation in patellar fractures was effective,reliability and convenient.
