伐昔洛韦联合激素皮内注射治疗老年带状疱疹

摘　　要：目的探讨伐昔洛韦联合复方倍他米松镇痛液皮内注射治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 83例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用伐昔洛韦口服,联合应用复方倍他米松镇痛液(含复方倍他米松注射液0.5ml,2%利多卡因5ml,甲钴胺注射液500μg及0.9%生理盐水10ml)沿皮损或色素沉着区周围行皮内注射。对照组口服伐昔洛韦及曲马多镇痛。于治疗后第1、3、5、7、9和30天观察记录治疗效果。结果治疗组疼痛持续时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、后遗神经痛发生率、痊愈率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见不良反应。结论伐昔洛韦联合激素皮内注射治疗老年带状疱疹可以及时控制病情,镇痛迅速,提高治愈率及减少后遗神经痛的发生率,且应用方便安全。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Valaciclovir and intradermic injection for herpes zoster in elderly patients.Methods 83 elderly patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group（44 cases） and the control group（39 cases）.Treatment group were treated with valaciclovir orally,combined with compound betamethasone analgesic liquid（containing compound betamethasone injection of 0.5ml,2% lidocaine 5ml,500μg mecobalamin injection and 0.9% 10ml saline） intradermal injected along peripheral lesions or pigmentation area.In control group,the patients were only used by valaciclovir and tramadol.Therapeutic effect of sections were observed and recorded after 1,3,5,7,9 and 30 days.Results Pain duration,cessation time,time to crusting,post-herpetic neuralgia incidence rate,recovery rate of the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）.The two groups were no adverse reaction.Conclusion Valaciclovir and glucocorticoid intradermal injection therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster in elderly patients was effective and safe.
