代谢综合征各组分与高尿酸血症的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解成都地区居民代谢综合征(MS)与高尿酸血症(HUA)的关系。方法采集在四川大学华西医院进行健康体检的受检者的疾病史、体格检查及生化指标的测定结果,并进行统计分析。结果 BMI、舒张压、TG、TC、FPG、脂肪肝的分布情况为,正常组<单纯HUA组<单纯MS组<重叠组(P<0.01);血清HDL水平为,重叠组<单纯MS组<单纯HUA组<正常组(P<0.01)。结论 HUA与MS紧密相关,二者发病过程中的相互加重、促进作用应当引起足够的重视并应进行综合防治。Objective Investigate the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia（HUA） and the relationship between HUA and metabolic syndrome（MS） in Chengdu＇s inhabitants.Methods The disease history were investigated,the general physical data were measured,the biochemical index were detected persons who did health examinations in our hospital.Results BMI,diastolic blood pressure,TG,TC,fat liver were：normal groupHUA groupMS groupHUA and MS group（P0.01）;the HDL lever was：HUA and MS groupMS groupHUA groupnormal group（P0.01）.Conclusion HUA is closely related to MS.We should pay attention to mutual promotion between HUA and MS and give comprehensive prophylaxis and treatment.
