俱乐部健康教育模式在糖尿病治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨以俱乐部模式对糖尿病患者及家属进行糖尿病健康教育在糖尿病治疗中的作用。方法以糖尿病俱乐部的形式对糖尿病患者及家属进行健康教育,并将参加糖尿病俱乐部和未参加糖尿病俱乐部的糖尿病患者的自我管理能力和治疗结果进行比较分析。结果会员组规范服药、控制饮食、体育锻炼、定期检查及自我监测者所占比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血糖水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论俱乐部健康教育模式可更好地提高糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,有利于控制血糖水平,防止或延缓并发症发生。Objective To explore the role of club model of health education for diabetic patients and their families in diabetes treatment.Methods Carrying out health education to diabetic patients and their families in the form of diabetic club,the self-management actions and the treatment outcomes were compared.Results The proportion of standard medication,diet,exercise,regular check and self-monitoring were significantly higher（P0.05）,the blood glucose levels were obviously decreased（P0.05）.Conclusion The club model of health education can improve diabetes self-management skills,and help to control blood sugar levels,and prevent or delay complications.
