经导管溶栓在下肢深静脉血栓形成治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨经导管溶栓在下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)治疗中的应用。方法:DVT患者随机分为两组,观察组置入临时滤网经导管灌注溶栓,对照组按照外周静脉给药溶栓。结果:住院时间(5.52±1.48)d、并发症发生率(7.41%)、复发率(7.41%)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治愈率(81.48%)也高于对照组。结论:对DVT患者实施经导管溶栓是安全、快速有效治疗方法。Objectlve To investigate the application of catheter thrombolysis in treating lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （DVT） . Method DVT patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group got into temporary screen by tremie thrombolysis, Control group was in accordance with the peripheral venous thrombolysis for medicine. Results An hospital stay time （5.52 ＋/ - 1.48 d） and complications rate （7.41%）, recurrence rate （7.41%） were statistically higher in observation group than those in control group. Differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Cure rate （81.48%） was also higher than that in the control group. Conclusion For DVT patients,implement the catheter thrombolysis is a safe,quick, effective treatment method.
