摘 要:目的:探讨藏党参正丁醇萃取物对雌性大鼠血清性激素水平及抗氧化能力的影响。方法:雌性大鼠随机分为空白对照组,潞党参正丁醇萃取物组,藏党参正丁醇萃取物低、中和高剂量组。连续灌胃14天,最后1次灌胃12 h后股动脉取血,测量血清中性激素与抗氧化指标。结果:与空白对照组比较,藏党参高剂量组雌二醇(E2)含量显著降低(P<0.01),卵泡刺激素(FSH)显著升高(P<0.01),孕酮(P)和黄体生成素(LH)的含量升高(P<0.05);藏党参高剂量组能升高血清中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量(P<0.01),提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力(P<0.01),降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.01)。结论:藏党参正丁醇萃取物可影响大鼠体内性激素水平,并有影响雌性大鼠抗氧化活性的作用。Objective : To explore the effect of n - butyl alcohol extract from Zang Codonopsis pilosula on serum sex hormones lev- els and antioxidant capacity of female rats. Methods: The female rats were randomly divided into blank control group, Codonopsis pilosula Nnannf group ( treated with n - butyl alcohol extract from Codonopsis pilosula Nnannf), low - dose Zang Codonopsis pilosula group ( treated with n - butyl alcohol extract from Zang Codonopsis pilosula) , middle - dose Zang Codonopsis pilosula group, and high - dose Zang Codo- nopsis pilosula group; the rats were treated with intragastric administration continuously for 14 days; femoral artery blood samples were ob- tained at 12 hours after the last intragastric administration; the serum sex hormones and antioxidant indexes were detected. Results: Com- pared with blank control group, the content of estradiol in high - dose Zang Codonopsis pilosula group decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ), the content of follicle - stimulating hormone ( FSH ) increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the contents of progesterone and luteinizing hormone (LH) increased significantly (P 〈0. 05 ) ; high- dose Zang Codonopsis pilosula increased the serum content of glutathione (GSH) (P 〈 0.01 ) and SOD activity ( P 〈 0.01 ), reduced the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion : n - butyl alcohol extract from Zang Codonopsis pilosula can affect sex hormones and antioxidant activity of rats.
