摘　　要：目的:探讨中国青年油性皮肤人群面部皮肤油脂分泌的昼夜和四季节律变化规律。方法:使用SEBUMETER SM 810测量仪分别在春、夏、秋、冬四季(1月、4月、7月和10月)检测青年面部的皮脂分泌水平。结果:夏季皮脂分泌的含量最高,冬季最低,两者有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);夏季与秋季、春季之间,冬季与秋季、春季之间有统计学差异(P<0.05);每个季节夜间睡眠状态时的油脂分泌水平较白天清醒状态要低,两者有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);夏季时面部皮肤油脂分泌的平台期峰值最高,冬季时皮脂分泌的平台期较低。结论:夏季面部皮脂分泌旺盛,分泌的水平达最高,达到峰值的时间较快。Objective To study the physiological rhythms of sebum levels in the day and seasons on Chinese young adults oily facial skin. Methods Sebumeter SM 810 was used to measure the sebum level of facial in the days of spring,summer, autumn and winter. Results The facial sebum level in summer was significantly higher than other seasons; the facial sebum level in winter was the lowest among four seasons.The facial sebum level of the daytime was significantly higher than that of the night in the different seasons.The summit of the plateau in summer was the highest among the different seasons. Conclusions Sebum level in the summer was highest among the different seasons. The facial sebum level of the daytime higher than that of the night in the different seasons. Conclusions
