摘　　要：目的:探索简单而有效的内眦赘皮矫治方法。方法:在内眦赘皮前后两层皮肤上分别设计皮瓣,充分松解赘皮与眼轮匝肌内眦部的粘连,使皮瓣自然旋转易位,充分显露内眦角,并对术后效果进行评价。结果:从2010年3月～2013年3月,应用该方法矫正不同程度内眦赘皮42例(84只眼)。38例于术后1～36个月获得随访(其中2例于术后1月时出现局部瘢痕增生现象,于术后3～6个月瘢痕平复),内眦赘皮矫正效充分,术后瘢痕不明显。结论:本方法可对不同程度的内眦赘皮进行充分矫治,具有简便安全的特点。Objective To explore an effective method to correct different degree epicanthal fold. Methods From MAR.2010 to MAR.2013,42 cases who had different degree epicanthal fold were corrected with the technique of rotation -transpositional skin flap. Results 38 cases of the all were followed -up in 1 to 36 months postoperatively, and fine results were obtained among them （except hyperplastic scar was occurring in 2 cases in one month postoperatively, and it had became unconspicuous in 3 months postoperatively）. Conclusion This method can effectively and simplely correct different degree epicanthal fold, and none or weeny scar occur in this procedure.
