超声波导入左旋维生素C联合熊果B_3美白精华液治疗黄褐斑46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察采用超声波导入左旋维生素C联合熊果B3美白精华液治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选择46例黄褐斑患者,采用超声波导入左旋维生素C并联合外用熊果B3美白精华液连续治疗6周。结果:对照疗效评判标准,基本治愈22例,显效18例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率达97.8%。结论:采用超声波导入左旋维生素C联合熊果B3美白精华液治疗黄褐斑方法简单,效果明显,不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical effect of using sonophoresis on levorotatory vitamin C combined with the whitening essence of Arbutin B3 in the treatment of chloasma. Methods 46 cases of patients with chloasma were enrolled,who were treated with using sonophoresis on levorotatory vitamin C combined with the whitening essence of Arbutin B3 continuously for 6 weeks. Results Through consulting the evaluation criterion,22 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate reached 97.8%. Conclusion The treatment of chloasma through using sonophoresis on levorotatory vitamin C combined with the whitening essence of Arbutin B3 has obvious clinical efficacy, simple operation and less adverse reaction.
