摘  要:目的:为与纹状体形态改变有关疾病提供相关测值.方法:选取100例无病变成人头部磁共振图像,观测纹状体体积及高度、宽度、长度等线性指标,标准化前、后数据均进行相应统计学处理.结果:壳体积和尾状核高度存在性差(女性>男性);壳高度与壳横轴高度存在侧差(左侧>右侧).尾状核体积与壳体积呈正相关;与尾状核体积相关程度最为密切的线性指标依次是尾状核长度、壳宽度、壳长度、尾状核高度等,与壳体积相关程度最为密切的线性指标依次是壳高度、壳横轴高度、壳宽度等,均为正相关.结论:纹状体中壳体积女性大于男性;尾状核长度、壳高度等线性测量数据可作为研究纹状体的体积变化的初步筛选指标;数据标准化可有效排除个体差异的干扰.Objective: To provide correlated data for the related disease of morphological change in corpus striatum. Methods: The head magnetic resonance images from 100 adults without pathological change were selected. The striatum volumes and linear index such as height, width and length were observed, and then the obtained data were processed before and after being standardized. Results: There was a gender difference in the putamen volume and the height of caudate nucleus (female~ male); and there was a side difference in the putamen height and putamen horizontal axis height(left,right). Age was negatively related with the putamen volume and putamen width. The caudate nucleus volume was positively related with the putamen volume. Most closely related degree with the caudate nucleus volume of the linear index was the caudate nucleus length, followed by the putamen width, length, caudate nucleus height, etc, and the most closely related degree with putamen volume of linear index in turn was putamen height, putamen horizontal axis height, putamen width, etc, which were all positively correlated. Conclusion: Women have larger putamen than do men, and the putamen volume decreases with increasing age. The caudate nucleus length, putamen height can be used as a preliminary selection index in the researching of the striatum volume changes. And the interference of individual differences can be effectively excluded by data standardization.
