摘　　要：胡桃夹综合征(nutcracker syndrome,NCS)又称左肾静脉压迫综合征(left renal vein entrapment syndrome),是左肾静脉行经腹主动脉与肠系膜上动脉所形成的夹角时受压而引起的临床症状。文中从NCS的解剖基础、受压原因、病理生理学和临床表现等方面对NCS的诊治作一综述。Nutcraker syndrome（NCS）, also called left renal vein entrapment syndrome, is caused by compression of the left renal vein between the abdominal aorta （AA） and superior mesenteric artery （SMA）. The present review describes the diagnosis and treatment in the patients with NCS including the anatomical basis, the causes of the left renal artery compression, the pathophysiologi- cal features and clinical manifestation.
