摘  要:To the editor: Sufentanil has the same analgesia effect compared with the fentanyl. Although sufentanil has the same adverseeffects of skeletal muscle rigidity with fentanyl, sufentanil's half- life is greatly shortened.1 These adverse effects are rarely reported in medical intensive care unit (MICU) patients. We found that patients with chest and abdominal wall muscle rigidity attributed to intravenous analgesia with sufentanil can be identified by observing mechanical ventilator graphics.To the editor: Sufentanil has the same analgesia effect compared with the fentanyl.
