摘　　要：BECN1是酵母自噬基因Atg6/Vps30的同系物,也是哺乳动物参与自噬的特异性基因,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。本文通过介绍BECN1的基本结构、相关作用蛋白及其相关自噬机制,总结了BECN1与自噬、凋亡及其肿瘤的关系,并探讨其在肿瘤治疗领域中的潜能。BECN1, the ortholog of yeast Atg6/Vps30, is an autophagy-specific gene in mammals, closely related with tumor development. This paper introduces the basic structure of BECN1, its relevant functional proteins and autophagy mechanism, and summarizes the relationships among autophagy, apoptosis and tumorigenesis. The prospect of BECN1 in the field of tumor treatment is also briefly discussed.
