摘  要:目的利用1.5T高场强扫描机,评估MR尿路造影对儿童肾脏积水病因的诊断价值。方法利用B超筛查病例并进行MRU检查27例,年龄1~3岁,平均1.5岁。所有病例均在ADW4.0工作站进行后台图像重建。结果重复畸形6例(其中2例同时伴有输尿管开口异位),肾盂输尿管连接异常14例,输尿管开口异位4例,输尿管囊肿3例。所有病例后期重建图像均符合临床要求,诊断正确。结论 MRU检查能够明确儿童肾脏积水的病因,为临床手术提供必要的信息。Objective The purpose is to evaluate the importance of MR urography in congenital hydronephrosis for clini- cal application. Methods MRU and MRI were performed in 27 patients. All images of the patients were reconstructed u- sing Advantage Workstation 4.0. Results Double renal pelvis and ureter were found in 6 cases (includeing two cases with ectopic ureter), abnormal conjunction of renal pelvis and ureter in 14 cases, single ectopic ureter in 4 cases, ureterocele in 3 cases. Conclusion MRU combined with conventional MRI can be used in congenital hydronephrosis in children.
