东方次睾吸虫在鸡体内发育及其对宿主致病性研究

摘　　要：目的了解东方次睾吸虫感染实验动物的动态发育以及对宿主的致病过程。方法从福建省浦城县东方次睾吸虫流行区捕捞麦穗鱼,分离东方次睾吸虫囊蚴,分组定量感染实验动物鸡,然后在不同时间段解剖,检测虫回收率和观察虫体发育,同时观察鸡肝脏、胆囊病变;每日观察实验鸡临床变化,对肝脏、胆囊按常规石蜡切片法观察病理变化。结果东方次睾吸虫在鸡体内发育迅速,但个体发育不同步,至6周全部虫才发育成熟。感染鸡生长缓慢,发育受阻,死亡率高。并发由肝胆管阻塞引起的一系列急慢性病变,感染时间越久,虫的回收率越低,且胆囊病变越严重。结论东方次睾吸虫能在鸡体内发育迅速,对宿主致病性强。The aim of this study is to investigate the dynamic development and pathogenicity of the Metorchis orientalis in infected chicken. Metacercariae of the Metorchis orientalis in Pseudorasbora parva from epidemic area in Pucheng County, Fujian Province were isolated for quantitative infection of experimental chicken in different groups. These animals were then a- natomized at different periods for collection rate of parasite and the identification of parasite development. Daily observation on clinical changes in experimental chicken was conducted, and the pathological changes in liver and gallbladder were also observed simultaneously by conventional paraffin section. The results showed that a rapid development of Metorchis orientalis in chick- en, while the individual development was not simultaneous, and all parasites were not mature until 6th week p.i. The infected chicken grew slowly, in the situation of arrested development and high mortality. The longer for the infection time, the lower for the parasite recovery rate and severer the pathological changes in liver. Ifs suggested that Metorchis orientalis could develop rapidly in chicken in vivo and have high pathogenicity in the hosts.
