新胃乃安片对胃黏膜损伤的作用

摘　　要：目的:基于中成药二次开发观察新胃乃安片对胃粘膜损伤的作用,并与胃乃安胶囊进行比较。方法:分别以急性胃溃疡、慢性胃溃疡及慢性浅表性胃炎模型评价新胃乃安片及胃乃安胶囊对各种模型大鼠胃黏膜损伤的作用。结果:急性胃溃疡模型中,新胃乃安片5.8g生药/kg与同等剂量的胃乃安胶囊5.8g生药/kg溃疡指数明显低于模型组,溃疡抑制率分别为59.64%、47.93%;慢性胃溃疡模型中,新胃乃安片与胃乃安胶囊溃疡指数均低于模型组,溃疡抑制率分别为29.09%、23.64%;慢性胃炎模型中新胃乃安片与胃乃安胶囊炎症积分明显低于模型组,肉眼观察炎症抑制率分别为50.34%、41.69%,镜下观察炎症抑制率分别为42.4%、38.2%。结论:新胃乃安片对多种胃黏膜损伤具有良好的治疗作用,且在同等剂量下,效果略优于胃乃安胶囊,达到了二次开发"降低服用量,增加疗效"的目的。Objective： To observe the effect of new Weinaian tablet in treating the gastric mucosa injury,and further compared with the Weinaian capsule.Methods： Using acute gastric ulcer model,chronic gastric ulcer and chronic superficial gastritis model to evaluate the effect of new Weinaian tablet and Weinaian capsule on the all sorts of model rats.Results： In acute gastric ulcer model,the ulcer index（UI） of the same doses of the new Weinaian tablet and Weinaian capsule obviously lower than the model group（P ＆lt; 0.01）,whose ulcer inhibition rate were 59.64% and 47.93%;in chronic gastric ulcer model,the UI of the new Weinaian tablet and Weinaian capsule were lower than the model group（P ＆lt; 0.05）,whose ulcer inhibition rate were 29.09% and 23.64%;in chronic gastritis model,the new Weinaian tablet and Weinaian capsule inflammation integral was significantly lower than the model group（P ＆lt; 0.01）,inflammatory inhibition rate which under the macroscopic observation were 50.34%,41.69%,and that under the microscopic observation were 42.4% and 38.2%.Conclusion： The new Weinaian tablet has good therapeutical effect on a variety of stomach gastric mucosa damage,and in the same doses,the effect is a little better than the Weinaian capsule,achieved the goal of ＂ lower dose,enhance efficacy＂ during the process of the secondary development.
