摘  要:目的:探讨黄精地龙方对老年痴呆(AD)大鼠的学习记忆、脑组织过氧化与抗氧化系统、脑内胆碱能系统功能的影响。方法:采用颈背部皮下注射1%D-半乳糖联合腹腔注射东莨菪碱复制大鼠AD模型,再用黄精地龙方浓缩提取液(2~8g/kg)灌胃AD大鼠,观察该组方对大鼠学习记忆能力、脑组织SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、Ach、ChAT、AchE等生化指标的影响。结果:2~8g/kg剂量范围内黄精地龙方能明显增强AD大鼠学习记忆能力,减少学习记忆错误次数,增加脑组织的Ach含量及ChAT、SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量及AchE活性。结论:黄精地龙方对老年痴呆有一定治疗作用。Objective: To observe the functions of Rhizoma Polygonati and Earth Worm mixtures(RPEWM) on learning and memory abilities and brain enzymatic activites and cholinergic system of Alzheimer’s disease(AD) in rats.Methods: After making the AD models by nuchal subcutaneous injected 1% D-galactose by intraperitoneal injected scopolamine in the rats,then intragastric administrated by extractive of RPEWM at 2 ~ 8g / kg·d dose,we investigated the learning and memory abilities and detected SOD,GSH-Px,MDA,Ach,ChAT,AchE activites in brain tissues of the AD rats which medicated by RPEWM.Results: Compared with model group,RPEWM can significantly increased the learning and memory abilities and decreased the wrong behaviors of the AD rats.It also increased the activities of SOD,GSH-Px,Ach,ChAT,and decreased the amount of MDA,AchE in the brain tissues.Conclusion: RPEWM possess the function of anti-AD.
