摘 要:采用超声得到氧化石墨烯分散液,利用柠檬酸钠、抗坏血酸、L-半胱氨酸及硼氢化钠4种还原剂对氧化石墨烯进行还原,并与水性聚氨酯共混改性,通过实验探究还原后氧化石墨烯/水性聚氨酯复合材料的力学性能、介电性能。结果表明,还原后共混膜的力学性能、介电性等较未还原共混膜都有不同程度的改善,对导电性影响尤为显著,最好的共混膜提高了近1 150倍,充分体现了石墨烯良好的导电性。Graphene oxide was prepared by ultrasonic dissection and reduced with four reductants, including sodium citrate,ascorbic acid, L-cysteine and sodium borohydride, then modified with the water-borne polyurethane. The mechanical property, electrical con- ductivity of G0/WPU composite materials obtained through the experiment were studied. The results showed that both the mechani cal property and electrical conductivity of reduced materials significantly improved in different degrees, especially the conductivity particularly was raised 1 150 times, which reflected the good electrical conductivity of graphene fully from this test.
