摘　　要：煅烧是炭素制品生产中的第一道工序,石油焦煅烧质量直接影响预焙阳极的质量。目前我国大型炭素厂煅烧石油焦的主要设备为回转窑,其主要缺点是风嘴使用寿命较短。河南中孚炭素有限公司先后采用有、无风嘴的回转窑煅烧石油焦。通过两种不同煅烧方式的煅后焦理化指标的对比,总结出了采用不同煅烧方式的规律。Calcination is the first process in the production of carbon prodcuts, and calcination quality of coke directly impacts quality of prebaked anode. Henan Zhongfu Carbon Co.,Ltd. sucessively uses the rotary kiln with or without air nozzles for calcining coke. By comparison of calcined coke physical and chemical indicators adopting the two different calcination technologies, the regularities of adopting different calcination forms were concluded.
