慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者白细胞介素-2与可溶性白细胞介素-2受体表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive palmonary disease,COPD)患者外周血中白细胞介素-2、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体的表达及临床意义。方法 COPD患者55例(COPD组)与体检健康者45例(对照组),采用ELISA测定2组血清白细胞介素-2、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平并进行比较。结果 COPD组血清白细胞介素-2水平(65.66±12.98)ng/L明显低于对照组(128.15±17.12)ng/L(P<0.01),血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平(98.61±14.12)ng/L明显高于对照组(91.01±9.98)ng/L(P<0.05)。结论白细胞介素-2、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平在判断COPD发生、发展、治疗、转归及预后上有重要意义。Objective To study the expressions of interleukiw2 （IL-2） and soluble interleukin-2 receptor （sIL-2R） in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and the clinical significance. Methods The expressions of IL-2 and sIL-2R were detected by using ELISA technique in 55 COPD patients and 45 normal controls. Results The IL-2 level was （65.66± 12.98） ng/L in COPD patients, significantly lower than that in controls （（128. 15 ± 17. 12） ng/L） （P〈0.01）. The sIL-2R level was （98. 61 ±14. 12） ng/L in COPD patients, significantly higher than that in controls （（91.01± 9. 98） ng/L） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of IL-2 and slL 2R plays an important role in the occurrence, development, therapy, outcome and prognosis of COPD.
