窄谱中波紫外线对银屑病Th17/Treg表达的影响

摘　　要：目的研究窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效以及对患者Th17/Treg的影响,探讨NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病的机制。方法 61例寻常性银屑病患者采用NB-UVB光疗。采用流式细胞技术分别于光疗前、光疗10次后、光疗20次后检测患者Th17细胞和CD4+CD25+Treg细胞亚群的表达;同时检测50例健康人员Th17、CD4+CD25+Treg水平作为对照组。结果寻常性银屑病患者Th17/Treg明显高于正常对照组,患者光疗10次、20次后均得到明显改善(P<0.01)。结论 NB-UVB可有效降低银屑病Th17/Treg表达,这可能是NB-UVB治疗银屑病免疫学机制之一。Objective To study the impact of expression level of Thl7/Treg in patients with psoriasis vulgaris who received the narrow-band uhraviolet B （NB-UVB） therapy, and to explore the mechanism of uhraviolet therapy in psoriasis with NB-UVB. Methods 61 patients were only treated with NB-UVB radiation. Thl7 and CD4＋CD25＋Treg were measured by flow eytometric analysis after 10 times and 20 times in patients who were treated with NB-UVB radiation. 50 healthy people were enrolled as control. Results ThlT/Treg in patients was higher than that in normal controls. After treatment with NB-UVB, Thl7/Treg expression was decreased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Radiation of NB-UVB works well on Thl7/Treg in patients, and it may take effect through the cell immunity.
