摘　　要：目的了解自身免疫性荨麻疹的临床及血清学特征。方法回顾性分析120例血清中具有器官特异性自身抗体的慢性荨麻疹患者的临床资料。结果女70例,男50例;平均年龄(30.79±8.29)岁;皮损位于躯干部者108例,皮损持续时间大于12 h者98例,伴重度瘙痒者90例,102例伴发关节痛、胃肠道或呼吸道症状;所有患者血清中均检测出器官特异性自身抗体,其中抗甲状腺相关自身抗体93例,抗幽门螺杆菌的抗体63例;其中3例患者合并白癜风,3例患者合并红斑狼疮,1例患者合并干燥综合征,1例患者合并强直性脊柱炎,39例患者例合并桥本甲状腺炎或甲状腺功能亢进。自体血清皮肤试验阳性90例。结论自身免疫性荨麻疹特点为好发于躯干部,皮损持续时间长,容易伴发其他自身免疫性疾病,本试验自体血清皮肤试验敏感性为75%。Objectlve To analyze the clinical features of autoimmune urticaria （AU）. Methods： 120 AU patients from out-patient clinic were analyzed retrospectively their clinical features. Methods 120 patients with AU were studied including 70 females and 50 males, mean age 30.79-＋8.29 years old. 108 cases had wheal on the trunk. 98 patients showed duration of wheal 〉12 h. Organspecific autoantibodies were detected in 120 patients, anti-thyreoid autobodies were found in 93 patients, anti-helieobacter pylori in 63 patients. 5 cases were associated with connective tissue diseases, 3 case were complicated with vitiligo, and 39 cases were associated with Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis. Results It revealed a similar clinical manifestation with the ordinary chronic urticaria, the duration and itching severity presented more severe clinical features than chronic urticaria, pruritus severe and bright red. Linking allergy to autoimmune disease.
