紫金透骨喷雾剂经皮肤给药对家兔的长期毒性

摘　　要：目的:观察紫金透骨喷雾剂对家兔的长期毒性。方法:将80只家兔随机分为4组,紫金透骨喷雾剂高、中、低剂量组(按生药量计为3.0,1.50,0.75 g/kg)及对照组(70%乙醇)每组20只,经家兔皮肤给药,每天1次,连续用药4周,停药后观察2周,观察给药4周和停药2周家兔的一般状况,称量家兔体重,计算主要脏器的脏器系数,检测血液学、血液生物化学指标及病理组织变化。结果:各给药组家兔的一般状况未见明显异常,血液学指标、生化指标及主要脏器重量系数等均未见异常,与空白对照组比较无统计学差异;主要脏器也未见异常病理改变。结论:紫金透骨喷雾剂在临床剂量范围内经皮肤给药长期使用安全。Objective： To observe the long-term toxicity of Zijin-Speranskia spray （ZS） in rabbits. Methods： Eighty Rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 20 in each. They were ZS treated groups at high, medium, and low doses （groups H, M, and L） and control group （group C）. ZS was given by dermal administration at doses of 3.0,1.50,0. 75g/（ kg . d） respectively for 4 weeks, and rabbits in group C were given normal saline instead. General conditions of the animals were observed consecutively until 2 weeks after the drug was stopped. At the end of the experiment, parameters of body weight, hematology, hematological biochemics, organ/body weight ratio and pathohistology were detected. Results： General conditions of experimental Rabbits did not change, and the results of all detections were normal. There was no significant difference between ZS treated groups and control group. Conclusion： ZS spray is safe for dermal administration in clinical long-term use .
