丹参喷鼻剂的黏膜毒性评价

摘　　要：目的:考察丹参喷鼻剂的黏膜毒性。方法:选用家兔、蟾蜍和大鼠作为动物模型,观察丹参喷鼻剂对家兔眼黏膜及分泌物、对蟾蜍上颚纤毛摆动持续时间和大鼠鼻黏膜细胞形态的影响。结果:丹参喷鼻剂对家兔眼黏膜有可逆的轻微刺激性;蟾蜍丹参喷鼻剂组和生理盐水组的上颚纤毛运动停止时间无显著性差异;低剂量组大鼠鼻黏膜上皮基本完整、纤毛整齐,与生理盐水组无显著性差异。结论:丹参喷鼻剂安全有效。Objective： To evaluate mucosa-toxicity of Salvia miltiorrhiza nasal spray. Methods： Tests were carried out on lagophthalmos, cilium of hoptoad mandible and nasal cilium of rats. The effect on the mucosa and secretion of rabbit eyes, the lasting time of toad mandible ciliary movement and nasal mucosa morphology of rat were observed. Results： Microstimulation on mucosa of lagoph- thalmos was found. There was no significant difference of lasting time of toad mandible ciliary move- ment between the low dose drug group and saline solution group. Intact mucosa epithelia and regular cilium were observed in the low dose drug group which was similar with that of saline solution group. Conclusion：The Salvia miltiorrhiza nasal spray is approved to have no obvious mucosa and cilium toxicity.
