摘  要:化学脱胶不仅损伤纤维且对环境污染严重,采用生物酶对菠萝纤维进行脱胶处理,纤维损伤小且环保。通过对生物酶脱胶后纤维的质量损失率、残胶率、木质素残余率、断裂强度和白度的测试比较,得到酶脱胶处理的最佳工艺为:脱胶酶浓度3 g/L,pH值9,脱胶温度55℃,时间3 h。脱胶后菠萝纤维中木质素未完全去除,纤维中仍有胶质残留,断裂强度和白度较好。Chemical degumming process damaged the fibers and caused Serious environmental pollution. Biological enzyme degumming process for pineapple fiber caused slight damage to the fibers and harmless to the environment. Study on the rate of residual gum and lignin, the weight loss, breaking strength and whiteness of the pineapple fibers after biological enzyme degumming process, the results showed that the best condition of biological enzyme degumming process was, enzyme concentration of 3g/L, pH of 9, degumming temperature of 55℃ and degumming time of 3 hour. The lignin was not removed completely, and there was gum remained in the fiber, breaking strength and whiteness were good.
